Wealth.
I’ve been thinking about what it means to be truly rich. It’s not about having a lot but about having enough.
In a world where we’re told to always want more—more money, more possessions, more success—it’s easy to forget that true wealth comes from appreciating what we already have. Everyone blindly steps on the hedonic treadmill.
If you can’t enjoy what you have, you’ll never enjoy what you get.
The person who sees that they have enough will always feel rich. It’s about finding joy in the present and appreciating the little things, how cliché that might sound.
So, take a moment to appreciate what you have today. You might find you’re richer than you think.
“It is not the man who has too little, but the man who craves more, that is poor.” - Seneca
